Objective:

The subscription service performance metrics for the subscription service had lower performance metrics than a similar feature built into one of our other products. While some of this was anticipated due to the need to rush the feature production to make the launch date, user testing near the product launch gave us some additional insight into ways to improve the feature.

Analytic Data:

  • Quantitative Data – In-game event tracking.
  • Qualitative User Testing
  • CS customer contact response tracking.
  • Notes I kept from the initial design phase with issues that showed up as the feature was being implemented.
